Here is how to get started
1. To start an order
Pick out the package you are wanting and pay for it. When submitted, you’ll receive a reply with a unique reference number and detailed shipping instructions. If you would like a quote before you order for a custom package, just send us the details of your project and we’ll email you back a quote.
2. Ship your products
Pack your products and ship them to our studio at Domingue's Design Photography 1209 N Polk St. Rayne, LA 70578. It’s a good idea to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. Enclose your reference number inside the box so we can let you know when your products arrive.
Also, ever product you wanting to photograph send 1 extra item. Some times shipping damage at lease one of them.
3. Photograph your products
Your production time starts when your products arrive in our studio and we’ll contact you to let you know. Now that we have your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Then fun begins and we’ll start shooting your products!
4. Online delivery
After your photographs are magazine quality for delivery, we’l l email you the google drive link with water mark logo to view and approve. Once it is all approve we will send you print size quality folder and website size quality size where you can view and download them immediately onto your desktop or tablet. If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charge may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back. When the project is complete, we’ll carefully pack up and ship your products back to you. Shipping fees can be included on your invoice or charged to your UPS or FedEx account if wanting us to ship it back to you.
The affordable way for you is, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses.
